In he second image, the cookbook is opened to a banana bread recipe. The recipe consists of 2lb flour, 20 oz sugar, 2 ½ teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, 6 oz of chopped walnuts, 20 oz of eggs, 2 lb. of ripe banana pulp pureed, and 8 oz. of oil, or melted shortening, or butter.
