During the encounter Edward tells of troubles with bathrooms and the dangers she faced while Dr. Knox continues to pathologize her by drawing up an absurd transition plan including removing 8 inches of her legs to shorten her and hormones to meet the female standard of that year of a 56 inch cup size and a 12 and 1/2 inch waist.
